Personal Branding Power Hour Sessions

Imagine having fresh, fabulous branding photos at your fingertips to use in your marketing throughout the year.

Imagine capturing those fabulous photos in just one hour!

This session is perfect for you if you don’t need the full custom personal branding photoshoot experience but still want quality images at a more accessible price point and time commitment so you can participate on a monthly, quarterly, or bi-annual basis.

We offer Personal Branding Power Hour days once a month. Each month has a different theme or focus that takes into account your upcoming marketing calendar needs and sets you up for success. For example, in November, we’ll have disco balls, confetti, and champagne glasses on hand to create images perfect for celebrating the end of the year.

Lisa was the first photographer I met with and she had me at “hello”! I believe finding her was karma…I know that sounds crazy…but I canceled all other appointments after speaking with her. I just knew that she was the person I wanted to work with! The entire process was wonderful and I felt like a star. The feedback has been so incredibly positive and affirming. I wish I had gone to Lisa years ago! Lisa is as much about your brand as she is about the art. Coach and photographer wrapped in one! I think everyone needs a session with Lisa!

March 21 - The First Impression Session: Foundational photos of you

It’s a fact that photos of YOU always perform the best on social media. If it’s been a while since your followers have seen your gorgeous/handsome face, you’re probably due for one of those “If you’re new around here, I’m ‘insert your name’” posts. Let’s make yours stand out from all the rest! Not sure where to start? Not to worry—I’ve got you!

This month, we’re focusing on YOU and helping you make a great first impression online. Before we take any other supplemental branding photos, we need to start with the most important ones—photos of you.

For your 3 “First Impression Session” looks, we recommend:

  1. Professional, polished you (great for LinkedIn updates and speaker photos)

  2. Casual, approachable you (ideal for social media bios and posts)

  3. Something fresh for spring marketing campaigns

This photoshoot will help you infuse fresh energy into your online presence and boost your marketing—and you’ll have fun while doing it!

April 11 - Lights, Camera, Action: Let’s see you werk

We’re turning the spotlight on you working your magic this month! We’ll be focusing on action and interaction shots—whether that’s you hard at work at your laptop, painting your next masterpiece, packing up orders, or recording your latest podcast—your clients and followers want to learn more about what it’s like to work with you and the service and/or products you provide.

For your 3 “Lights, Camera, Action” looks, we recommend:

  1. Feature your bestselling product & service and what you do to create it or make it a success

  2. Highlight a secondary product & service and what you do to create it or make it a success

  3. Give a sneak peek of work you’re doing for an upcoming launch or release

May 22 - A DAy in the life

People do business with people they know, like, and trust. What better way to let your clients or customers get to know you better than by sharing what your day looks like? We’ll mix a little bit of personal with the professional to give your audience a peek into what makes you tick—both in and out of the office. This is all about showing the real, unfiltered you, which not only makes your brand more relatable but also builds a stronger, more genuine connection with your audience.

For your 3 “Day in the Life” looks, we recommend:

  1. Share a favorite morning routine (coffee, smoothie, yoga, journaling, etc.) or hobby

  2. Highlight a few of your most common, important, or favorite tasks on your daily agenda

  3. Something fresh for summer marketing campaigns

Personal Branding Power Hour FAQs

Where does the Personal Branding Power Hour marathon take place? The location can change from month to month based on the theme. For those in studio, my studio is located in Old Town Alexandria. Studio Address: 311 N. Washington Street, Suite 200L, Alexandria, VA, 22314

Do I bring my own clothes, or do you have a studio wardrobe available? Before your photoshoot, you’ll work with my wardrobe stylist to select the exact outfits and accessories you’ll wear. She’ll also share links and recommendations for any clothing purchases you might want to make. We typically are able to fit in three different outfits. Once you book, you'll receive my Personal Branding Styling Guide, along with my favorite tips and recommendations for what to wear to your photoshoot and how best to prepare.

How many photos do I get? You are welcome to purchase as many images as you would like! The session fee covers the cost of your photoshoot experience, and images are sold separately. You decide which ones and how many you’d like to purchase at your Image Reveal & Ordering Appointment, where you’ll be shown between 50-100 images. Image collections start at $990 for 5 images and go up from there. The more images you purchase, the better the deal it is per image.

When and how do I select my photos? You will select your final photos on the same day as your session, immediately following your photoshoot. Together, we will review all of the unretouched photos and pick out your favorites. I have a marketing background and love to help clients think strategically about what images will work best for what purpose.

When and how will you send me the final images? You will receive a link via email to an online gallery where you can download your retouched photos two weeks after your photoshoot.

What happens if I have a conflict and need to reschedule? You can reschedule once without penalty if notice is given at least 14 days prior to the session date, but the rescheduled session will need to take place within 90 days of the original session date. In the event you cancel or are unable to show up for your session, the session retainer fee is forfeited. Due to the custom nature of this work, I cannot provide any refunds.

How is the Personal Branding Power Hour session different from the full Personal Branding session? The Mini Headshot Sessions are designed for those clients who only need a few, good images and don't have the time, need, or budget to prepare for a Custom Headshot or Personal Branding Session.
